Hospice of Palm Beach County is committed to increasing access to hospice services for every patient and family that needs our care. We strive to develop new ways to improve care and to provide our healthcare partners with solutions. Our External Education services offer physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, hospitals, assisted living and nursing care facilities education about the benefits of hospice and early access to care, as well as a range of other healthcare and hospice related topics. In addition to the services of our staff, we provide tools and resources – such as the Quick Reference Guide™ and Pain Assessment Scale™ – to help professionals deliver the best, most comprehensive care available.

Contact hours (CEUs) are available for many of the offerings. Please note: state of Florida requirements necessitate participants to attend fifty minutes of classroom instruction to obtain one (1) CEU contact hour.
