As a proven successful component of Hospice of Palm Beach County's span of comprehensive programs, we now offer it as a contracted service to other hospice providers.

A patient and families' needs don't always correspond to 9 to 5 business hours. Hospice Partners On Call™ is an after-hours call center fully staffed by operators who are trained nurses and nurse assistants. This team is dedicated to providing a seamless care experience, 24/7. Which means that you, and your patients and families can rely on our team to provide answers, offer clinical instruction, or immediate interventions for patients and families who are in acute crisis.
